Dance show at The Barclay Irvine Theatre
October 11 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Imagine figure skating without the ice, performed on roller skates. Le Patin Libre, an Internationally acclaimed company, brings breathtaking athleticism, contemporary dance, acrobatics, humor, and jaw-dropping choreography to the stage in a performance unlike anything you’ve seen before.
Two skaters navigate a chaotic future where ice and civilization have disappeared, relying on ingenuity, friendship, humor, and love. Their astonishing physicality takes center stage as they glide, jump, spin, and dance to dizzying heights.
Part dance, part circus, part street performance, and completely original, this is skating reimagined for the theater.
